All our items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
PROCESSING TIMES
We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our shipping magicians work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship within two business days. We do not ship on weekends, or holidays.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are determined by the dimension and weight of the package, and shipping destination. Shipping costs will be updated when the order is ready to ship. You can choose your shipping method from options we have available.

- FedEx Ground
- Pick up
Things you need to know before making an order.
- We aren't responsible for refused/incorrect address or lost/stolen packages and total cost/shipping will be nonrefundable from order.
- Refused packages, we include a 10% return fee that is not refundable if sent back to us.
What if my package gets stolen before I can receive it?
- You will need to buy additional shipping insurance coverage if you want to protect your shipments.
- If the value of your shipment is above $300USD you can email us to provide you a rate to have your package signed before delivering it.
If you wish to not use shipping insurance, you are taking full responsibility if your package does not arrive.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible customerservice@popana.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier. Popana does not hold responsibility nor issue refund for packages that state being delivered and have not been received.

CANCELLATION
If cancellations are necessary, please notify us within 1 business day after the order has been placed. If not, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Also, if the order has been cancelled upon customer's request after the order has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee as well.
